By accessing and using Apps Overnight ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Apps Overnight provides 15 specialized mini-apps designed to help beginners build applications using Claude Code. Our Service includes:

  • Access to all 15 mini-apps for project planning and development
  • AI-powered code and prompt generation using Anthropic's Claude API
  • Project management and tracking tools
  • Templates and guides for application development

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial: We offer a 3-day free trial for new users. No payment is required during the trial period.

Paid Subscriptions: After your trial, you may choose a paid subscription plan:

  • Starter Plan: $27/month
  • Professional Plan: $57/month

Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to generate malicious or harmful code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any code, prompts, or content you create using our Service.

Our Service: The Service, including all software, templates, and documentation, is owned by Apps Overnight and protected by intellectual property laws.

Generated Code: Code generated through our AI tools is provided "as-is" for your use in your projects.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Generated code will be bug-free or production-ready
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • AI-generated content will be accurate or complete

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apps Overnight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 30 days.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
  • You may request an export of your data within 30 days
  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
